supply of inferior product. based on the adv in TOI hyd edition i ordered for a cordless telphone at the stated lowest cost of Rs 1649 plus Rs 150 as the delivery vcharge.Prompt came a courier and delevered a MICROTEL set made in china . within two days it became faulty. complained was lodged to customer care TOI SHOPS . the defective piece was promply replaced by an EUROTEL MADE IN CHINA PRODUCT . cordless phone does not hold charge even for 10 mins. i am afraid to lodge a complaint as there may another much inferior set. TOI Must applogise in public and clarify it's stand on making money in such dubious manner. they must be asked to indicate make and manufacturer in it's ad .
